Festivals & Holidays

At Beth Shalom, we celebrate the holidays with joy and spirit, from Congregational dinner in the sukkah on Sukkot  to the controlled and joyful chaos of Simchat Torah. The mirthful mayhem of Purim, featuring Megillah readings, a festive meal (seudah), and the  ever-popular Megillah Mania, is one of the most anticipated events every year. And our late night study session, served with a traditional dairy meal, offers an opportunity for all to learn, schmooze and pray as we kick off the festival of Shavuot.

If you are unable to be with us in person for a Holiday or the High Holy Days, you can now join us by Live Stream. All of our Shabbat Services, Daily Minyan and Holiday Services can be watched on your computer, tablet or smart phone live or on-demand. Go to our live streaming page for instructions or to view a service while it happening.
