HAZAK presents: Understanding the World Through Wine

Join us for a Lag B’omer picnic for lunch and then learn with our own wine expert, Ann Matasar.  Ann will teach us many things about the wine industry including how world events have shaped the wine industry and how changes in society have allowed different groups to enter the wine business.

Ann is an expert in the wine industry and wrote a book called Women of Wine:  The Rise of Women in the Global Wine Industry published in 2006.  Ann is a long standing member of Congregation Beth Shalom.
