HUGS @ CBS is an innovative program within our congregation to reach out to members of CBS and beyond. Families with Special Needs members have often found themselves hesitant to bring their family member into synagogue for regular services and programs due to the sometimes unpredictable behavior of the individual. HUGS @ CBS Programs are meant to be Holiday and Shabbat focused activities which allow people in this periodically segregated community to feel fully welcomed, accepted and be given an environment of experiential learning.

All of our programs are free of charge. Sponsorship of future programs would be welcomed.
