Ideas Cafe 2012 - 2013

Looking for an exciting, stimulating discussion of vital current issues in a relaxed setting?

Come to the Ideas Cafe at Congregation Beth Shalom for a meeting of the minds. Join us for this spirited intellectual give and take as we hear from some of the Jewish "big thinkers" on the Chicago scene! Guests are interviewed by either journalist Carl Schrag or Rabbi Carl Wolkin and there is time for questions after the interview.

Below is a list of our dates, guests, and topics for this year. Please click on the topic you would like to see, or print, the flyer for that evening. Click on the guest's name to see his/her biography.
