Opportunity to Help Those in Need at PADS Shelter

Food is needed for the Buffalo Grove PADS facility

We are again providing meals for the Buffalo Grove PADS (Providing Advocacy, Dignity and Shelter) facility.  PADS in an organization offering overnight shelter, food and hospitality for individuals and families with children experiencing homelessness.

 We need individuals to donate one of the following items

2 main course
2 side dishes
2 salads
4 desserts


2012 dates:
October 23
November 13
December 11

2013 dates
January 15
February 5
March 12
April 23

Each item should serve at least 15 hungry people.  If you would like to help by donating food, you can either cook or purchase an item.  Food does not have to kosher; all items must be fully cooked.  The shelter does not have facilities to cook or volunteers to assemble dishes.  Food can be reheated.  Drop off is in Buffalo Grove or Northbrook.
