Congregation Beth Shalom Adult Education (CBS University) offers a wide range of subjects taught by our own professional staff, guest lecturers, and distinguished speakers from different places and disciplines all over the world. We are also fortunate enough to be a part of another extraordinary Adult Learning opportunity.

The Florence Melton Adult Mini School is global in scope and is a serious learning experience at a high level (no prerequisites, Hebrew not required). There are many Beth Shalom graduates of Melton and they will tell how much they learned from the program's top notch faculty and comprehensive curriculum. Yes, it is a weekly commitment to study 2 hours a week for 2 years, and yes, there is no finer adult Jewish education program in the world!
